Maranamass Movie Review: A mix of some dosage of simplicity and a mixture of idiosyncratic characters runs this film

Cinema has long provided an endless supply of materials for social media memes, but the flow has reversed in recent years. First of all, impressive roles with its large -scale online access, playing noticeable roles. Now, viral online material has started sending into screenplays, to remove easy applause. For example, debut in Shivprasad MaranamasCum-written with Siju Sunny, Suresh Krishna’s recent online image is used to solve one of the many comic routes in the film as a “reinforced star”.
This “chemistry” of the screenplay is not necessarily a bad thing, especially in cases where it acts as an attraction. Incidentally Maranamas Is Luke (Tulsi Joseph), a popular YouTuber and a self-declared ‘Sigma Purush’, who has become a headache for people in his neighborhood due to his public-elevated tasks, such as to paste the wall poster of Panchayat President’s Internet Search History or to sell the local police station to the local police station to sell the local police station. So it is not surprising that when there is a series of killings of senior citizens, the needle of doubt indicates it.
Maranamas (Malayalam)
Starring: Basil Joseph, Rajesh Madhavan, Anishma Anilkumar, Suresh Krishna, Siju Sunny, Babu Antony
Direction: Shivprasad
Storyline: A serial killer that targets senior citizens is loose with a popular YouTuber among suspects.
Runtime: 120 minutes
since Maranamas Does not aspire to be a investigative thriller, the identity of the serial killer is quickly thrown to us. He rotates in a plain vision, with a specific variety of bananas, with a weapon of his choice, which he fills in the mouths of his victims, a cheating reference of clues that usually leave behind the killers in the thriller to tease the investigators. The serial killer is one of the many eccentric characters that come together to run the film, which moves from a crisp-written episode to another, until it sets its speed slightly during a long sequence set inside a bus.
Luke’s kickboxer girlfriend Jesse (Anishma Anilkumar), who moves around a bottle of black pepper spray, is a bus driver (Suresh Krishna) who is dying for a bus conductor (Siju Sanni) doing. The hunter, a police officer (Babu Antony), who is dedicating the same time to search for a retired school teacher, a serial killer, and the bus owner Kumaran Asan, who has named its vehicles ‘Venpovu’ and ‘Durvasti’.
With such a variety of characters, it is a challenge to draw a consistent story, which Siju Sunny and Shivprasad manage for most parts. Even when some statusable humor fails to land, they quickly work, who work, transform the film into an attractive clock through almost all. Basil Joseph and Rajesh Madhavan anchor the film with performance, which requires them to distract a large extent from their more frequent avatars.
With some doses of simplicity, a powerful mixture of unknown characters and a generous spray of humor, Maranamas Trades a path of its own.
Maranamass is currently running in theaters.
