YouTube music expands the ‘Ask Music’ feature for the music iPhone and iPad: how it works. Mint

YouTube Music has expanded its AI-Operated ‘Ask Music’ radio generator to iPhone and iPad users, explained 9to5google. This update follows its initial rollout on Android in September. This feature allows users to create individual radio stations based on mood, activities or specific hearing experiences.

How does the feature works

Once the update is available, the user will notice the ‘Ask for Music’ section near the top of the home tab, adding the publication. It contains a carousel of ten suggested signals, each produces a custom radio station with a tap. Additionally, a text field ‘labeled with any way you like’ enables users to input their own signals, also available for convenience with a voice input shortcut.

After submitting a request, AI quickly cures a bespoke radio station, which displays the first three tracks with autoplay functionality. Users can also save the playlist by selecting the option ‘Add to the library’ option. Each station comes with a small, attractive description designed by AI of YouTube music.

It is reportedly, this new feature complements the existing ‘music tuner’ tool of YouTube Music, which allows users to make custom stations by selecting artists and adjusting settings such as artist diversity, music search and filter. The ‘music tuner’ can be accessed through the library tab, which was used by the floating action button (fab), which was labeled ‘new’.

To reach ‘Music ask’, a YouTube music or music premium subscription is required. The feature is currently available in the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. While Google had earlier indicated in a broad international release, the latest update marks the first expansion to iOS, with support now version is 8.10 and beyond.
