Vidya Balan alerts fans for fake AI-related videos, urges caution against misleading materials

Actor Vidya Balan has taken a firm stance against the misuse of Artificial Intelligence, after finding out that a deep -fic video with his specialty is rotating online.

Story The actor took his followers on Instagram to alert his followers about the materials manipulated and clarified that he had nothing to do with it.

Sharing the Deepfec video with a statement, Vidya wrote, “Currently many videos are roaming on social media and WhatsApp, which see me to feature. However, I want to clarify that the video is AI-Janred and Invotentic.”

She emphasized that she had no participation in making or distributing videos and does not support its content in any way. Vidya further requested her fans to be vigilant and verify the information before sharing such materials.

He wrote, “Any claim made in the video should not be held responsible for me, as it does not reflect my thoughts or work. I urge everyone to verify the information before sharing and be cautious to confuse the AI-related material,” he wrote.

The Deepfec technique, which is very realistic enables to manufacture a fabricated video, has rapidly targeted celebrities. Many Indian film personalities including Rashmika Mandanna, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, Aamir Khan and Ranveer Singh have been victims of similar manipulations before.

On the professional front, Vidya Balan was last seen Forget 3 3With Karthik Arin, Madhuri Dixit, and Triptidi Dimri. Released during Diwali last year, the film was a major box-office success.
