Trailer of ‘The Bhootni’: Sanjay Dutt is a crook Ghostthunter who is against a tree

Trailer for Sanjay Dutt-Starr Horror Comedy Ghost The makers were launched in Mumbai on Saturday (March 29). The title was given in the past Virgin treeThe film revolves around a tree spright, played by Mouni Roy, who attacks Virgin Boys on Valentine’s Day.

The Horror Comedy Sidhant is written and directed by Sachdev. Apart from Dutt and Roy, the film also includes Sunny Singh, Palak Tiwari and Aasif Khan. Content creator Nikunj Lotia, known as Bayonic, makes her Bollywood debut in the film.

The film is a center on a college which is surrounded by the ghost of ‘The Virgin Tree’ annually. To get rid of his ‘haunted’ tag, the students list the help of Baba (Sanjay Dutt), an alumnus who became a famous Ghostbuster (is also the surname of Dutt in the Baba film industry). The trailer combines comic and romantic moments with attractive CGI action/horror sequences. Mouni Roy, while channeling his huge ouvre of supernatural turns, launched the screen as a ‘ghost’.

Hindi has proved to be a cash-day with the success of horror comedy Woman And Forgotten forgetting Franchise. At the launch event GhostThe manufacturers assured that the film has to take a fresh on style, as it is concentrated in a college in a metropolitan city.

Sanjay Dutt, 65, has done all his stunts in the film, director Sidhant Sachdev revealed. Sachdev praised the actor’s commitment for action filmmaking, saying, “He has jumped 40 feet without a body double.”

“I have been taking action for the last 40 years,” Sanjay Dutt said at the launch. “The power of Lord Shiva and his Shiva Tandava conducted me during the shooting. We used to shoot till 5 am. Only Jehovah knows how we did it.”

Bhutni will be released in theaters on 18 April 2025.
