Google has officially confirmed that its classic Google assistant will retire later this year, and Gemini will take the mental of the default auxiliary app on Android. In a blog post about major changes, Google said that the classic Google Ansisstant will no longer be available on most Android devices or for new downloads.
The company also confirmed that tablets, cars and other devices that are connected by phone, such as headphones and watches, would also be upgraded to Gemini. Tech veteran also confirmed that it would bring Gemini on other home appliances such as speakers, displays and TV.
In a release about changing Google Assistant with Gemini, Brian Markvard, Senior Director, Product Management, Mithun app wrote, “When we launched Google Assistant in 2016, natural language processing and voice recognition technology unlocked the more natural way to get help from Google. Nearly a decade later, we are in the middle of another platform shift – this time, the way generative AI we interact with technology. ,
“To continue our work of building the world’s most assistant assistant, we have resumed experience with AI to make Mithun our personal, AI-managed assistant. While what an assistant can do, our expectations for this are changing rapidly, the mission is the same. The senior executive said.

Google also announced that Google will be available for the instruments of Google android 9 or earlier, and there would be a shortage of at least 2GB of RAM.
