Vivo has launched its latest camera-centric smartphone in India, with Vivo V50 largely 6,000mAh battery, optical in-display fingerprint sensor and a quad curved amoled display. The smartphone will compete with Oppo Reno 14 Pro and OnePlus 13R in this category.

The Vivo V50 has a 6.77 inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a summit of 4,500nits. The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 General 3 processor and is paired up to 12GB with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage up to 512GB. In particular, it is the third straight generation in Vivo’s V series that is powered by the same chipset.
For optics, the phone setup a dual camera at the back with 50MP primary sensor and 50MP wide angle lens. On the front, there is a 50MP shooter for selfie and video calls.
The V50 packs a huge 6,000mAh battery with support for 90W of wired fast charging. It runs on the latest Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15 and the company has promised a 3 -year OS update and 4 -year security patch with the device.

Vivo V50 is priced 34,999 for 8GB RAM/128 GB storage variants, 36,999 for 8GB RAM/256 GB storage variants and 40,999 for the top end 12GB RAM/512 GB model. This phone will be available for purchasing in Rose Red, Titanium Gray and Starry Night Colorway.
It will be available from 25 February to buy from Flipkart, Amazon and Vivo India websites and pre-booking for the device has started from today.
