As someone who has tested Tech Gadgets, I am using and love all kinds of brands. Skullcandy, in particular, has always been a name that I combine with bold design and bass-ivory sound. So when Skullcandy Crusher Anc 2 landed on my desk, I was eager to see if it could be the reputation of the brand while addressing some of its previous shortcomings. I found here after putting them through their pace during traffic, workouts and prolonged hearing sessions.

What did I thought about the quality of design and construction of this sclashy headphone
I tested the black version of Skullcandy Crusher Anc 2, and it is as low and smooth as it gets. The orange power button is a good off-beat touch that adds a pop of personality to the otherwise understood design. Padded headbands and ear cups feel comfortable first, and they are easily adjustable to fit the size of the head most. The build quality bends towards durability rather than luxury, which is expected at this price point.
He said, after wearing them 4-5 hours directly, I saw some inconvenience – the clamping force started hurting my ears, and the weight of the headphone became noticeable. If you are planning to use them for an extended period, it may be something to consider. Nevertheless, for small bursts of use, they are completely fine.
Sound Quality: Does Bass Show Steal
Let’s talk about the star of the show – Bass. Along with maximizing the bass slider, the tone of the Kendrick Lamar felt as if they were being directly given to my soul. It is immersive, porous and perfect for styles such as hip-hop, EDM and rock. On the other hand, turning the slider down all the way causes almost no bass, which fulfills the listeners who prefer a flattery sound profile. This level of adaptation is a large plus.
However, mids and higher do not keep enough. While the bass dominates, vowels and equipment sometimes feel drowning, especially on high versions. For example, when I heard acoustic tracks, the lack of clarity in the mids made the experience less enjoyable. These headphones are clearly designed for bass lovers, so if you are looking for a balanced audio, they may not be your best condition.
How does the noise cancellation of Skaklandy Crusher ANC 2
Active noise cancellation (ANC) Effectively reduces low-frequency sounds like airplane’s engine or traffic hums. During my traffic, I saw a significant decline in the background noise, making it easy to enjoy my music. However, loud sounds or suddenly like claters seem to have been successful in leaking. Without ANC, inactive noise isolation is decent, thanks to the snug fit of the ear cup.
Being functional for most conditions, ANC does not compete with a premium model such as Bose or Sony. If you are in a noisy environment, it will help – but not expected of complete silence.
Some options we recommend:
Which battery life you should expect from these scalkandy headphones
Battery life crusher is one of the strongest points of ANC2. With ANC competent, it provides playback up to 40 hours, which is more than enough for the days of use without recharging. I used them during a weekend trip, and they walked throughout the time without the need for a recharge. The rapid charging feature is also a lifeline – if you forget to charge them, the 10 -minute charge gives you a 4 -hour playback. It was useful when I was coming out of the door one morning.
Connectivity: Stable and versatile
The headphones support Bluetooth multipoint, allowing you to connect with two devices simultaneously. I tested it by pairing them with my laptop for work calls and my phone for music. It was easy to switch between the two, and the connection remained stable within the 33-foot range. Topical dropouts occur in areas with heavy intervention, but overall, connectivity is reliable.
Skulliq App: Customization for Tech-Service Listener
The Skullcandy Skulliq app adds an additional layer of functionality for users who want more control over their audio experience. Through the app, you can accommodate EQ settings to fix the sound profile according to your preferences. For example, I slightly increased the mids to balance the overpowering bass during acoustic tracks, causing noticeable difference.
The app also allows you to toggle features such as tile tracking and check the battery status of both headphones and charging cases. While casual listeners cannot dive deeply in these settings, audiofiles will appreciate specific styles or the ability to conform the sound to suit individual taste. However, the app interface seems a bit basic than contestants such as Sony’s headphone connect app, which provides a more advanced adaptation option.
For those who know what they are doing, the Skulliq app is a useful tool-but it is not a game-changer if you are just looking for plug-end-play simplicity.
additional features
Tile Tracking: Tile helps to detect wrong headphones through the tile app.
Foldable Design: Makes them easy to carry and store.
Stability: Designed to wear regular wear and tear.
These characteristics increase the overall value of the product without adding unnecessary complexity.

Last word:
Skullcandy Crusher ANC 2 is a practical option for users who prefer bass, battery life and strength. It is not a top level headphone in terms of sound balance or noise cancellation, but it provides solid performance for casual listeners. If you enjoy bass-heavy music and want a reliable pair of headphones for everyday use, then crusher ANC2 is considering.
However, if you are looking for a more sophisticated sound profile or industry-agron ANC, find out high-end options such as Bose or Sony.
