Microsoft Sorting: Satya Nadella’s company fired employees with immediate effect, dissecting salary denying salaries

Microsoft has begun its performance-based job cuts, so that the affected employees will be motivated to lose work with immediate effect and without any dissection salary, according to a report by business insider.
A letter sent by Microsoft to the concerned employees (through business insider) wrote, “The reason for your employment termination has not been met by the minimum performance standards and expectations for your situation, including your job performance. You are immediately effective from all job duties and your access to microsoft systems, accounts and buildings will be effective today. You do not have to do any other work from Microsoft. ,
Redmond-based tech veteran also allegedly told these employees that if they apply for employment in future, their previous performance and termination will be considered. Microsoft also asked them to return their company cards, corporate cards, phone cards and the property of any other company.
After the leadership of its rivals, the new trimmed is a part of the company’s fast rigid stand on performance management. Allegedly, managers of Microsoft have evaluated employees up to 80 levels between the highest levels of tech giants in the last few months.
Tech giant started the process of laying employees in various organizations including security, experience and equipment, sales and gaming, citing two sources, Business Insider. However, a spokesperson told the publication that they were different from the trimmed performance-based cuts.
In a statement to Business Insider, discovering its decision, a Microsoft spokesman said, “We focus on high performance talent in Microsoft … We are always working on helping people learn and growing people Are. When people are not performing, we take appropriate action. ”
