Manoj Bharathirja passes

Veteran actor Kamal Haasan expressed condolences to the death of Manoj Bhartiraja, son of veteran Tamil filmmaker-actor Bharathiraj. Manoj faced cardiac arrest on Tuesday (March 25, 2025).

Kamal took X (East Twitter) to express his condolences. Kamal wrote, “I was very shocked to hear the news of the passage of Manoj Bharathirja, the son of the actor and the director of my soul Bharatirja.”

Manoj died in Chennai at the age of 48. The actor had recently undergone a bypass surgery and was repetition at his home in Chetpet when he faced cardiac arrest.

Kamal said in his post, “I express my deep condolences to Bharathirja, his family and friends, who are hurting the loss of their beloved son.”
