Apple has officially refreshed its entry-level MacBook Air, starting the latest 2025 model operated by the company’s advanced M4 chip. The latest recurrence of Apple’s popular laptop comes in both 13-inch and 15-inch variants, providing support for Apple Intelligence and the latest Macos Sequoia.

Pricing and availability in India

MacBook Air (2025) is set to hit the Indian markets with an initial price of Rs. 99,900 for the base model, including 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD storage. The 15 -inch large version is priced at Rs. 1,24,900 for the same configuration.

Pre-orders for the latest MacBook Air are already running, in which the device is going to be available for purchase from March 12. Customers can choose from four elegant color options: Midnight, Silver, Sky Blue and Starlite.

Specifications and features

The new MacBook Air is equipped with stunning liquid retina display-13-inch (2,560 × 1,664 pixels) and 15-inch (2,880 × 1,864 pixels), with a pixel density of 224PPI and a peak of 500 notes. Apple has enhanced external performance capabilities, when the laptop is open to support two 6K resolution monitor.

The MCBook Air (2025) has a M4 chip of Apple in the heart, claiming a 10-core CPU with four performance core and four efficiency core, with a hardware-apert ray with an 8-core GPU with trace. The laptop also includes a 16-core neural engine, which is adapted to AI-operated tasks and performance efficiency.

Customers have the option to upgrade the device to 24GB RAM and SSD storage up to 2TB. For audio and video performance, Apple has integrated a quad-spicker system with spatial audio, three-microphone array and 1080p facetime camera supporting center stage and desk view.

Apple claims that the 13 -inch MacBook Air can deliver web browsing for 15 hours and video playback for 18 hours. It has a 53.8Wh battery with support for 70W fast charging, although the base model has been bundled with 30W power adapters. The 15 -inch model bears a slightly larger 66.5Wh battery.

Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, two Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 port, a magasaf 3 charging port and 3.5mm headphone jack. Additional features include a touch ID fingerprint scanner and force touch trackpad with multi-touch gesture support.
