‘L2: Empuran’ Box Office Collection Day 1: Mohanlal, Prithviraj’s film becomes the biggest Malayalam opener

Records are for breaking, and Mohanlal and director Prithviraj Sukumaran L2: Empuran It is doing the appropriate part of it! Film, The Sequel to the 2019 film LuciferWhich was released on 27 March, broke several records at the box office with its unprecedented inauguration. According to reports, the film set a record of ₹ 22 crore on day 1 in India itself.

Trade tracker Sacnilk told that L2: Empuran Of 22 crores of pure in India was collected on day 1. The First Day Collection News is the latest update on the much awaited film, which its manufacturers claimed, made ₹ 80 crore through reservation.

The ₹ 22 crore film comes out from the Malayalam version. While the Malayalam version earned ₹ 19.45 crore, the Telugu version collected 1.2 crore and Tamil, Kannada and Hindi versions collected around ₹ 80 lakh, ₹ 5 lakh and ₹ 50 lakh respectively.

L2: Empuran Antony is produced by Antony Permbavur, Gokulam Gopalan, and Sabkkaran under the banner of blessed cinemas, Sri Gokulam films and Lika Productions. Apart from Mohanlal and Prithviraj, the film also includes Tavino Thomas, Manju Warrior, Sachin Khadekar, Abhimanyu Singh, Jerome Flynn, Erik Aboun, Suraj Venjaramudu and Indrajith Sukumaran.
