Realme is expanding its P3 series with the introduction of a new ultra variant. After the launch of Realme P3 Pro 5G and Realme P3X 5G in India earlier this year, Realme P3 Ultra has surfaced in a popular benchmarking database. The listing indicates major specifications including its chipset, RAM and operating system.

Geekbench listing reveals major specifications

A realum handset affecting model number RMX5030 has been seen on a famous benchmarking platform Geekbench. The listing suggests that the device will have the facility of the octa-core processor, with four cores running at 2.20GHz, 3 at 3.20GHz, and a prime core was seen at 3.35GHz.

According to a report by XpertPick, these CPU specifications align with the MediaTek MT6897 chipset, which belongs to a distance of 8300-series. This includes MediaTek Demistance 8300 and Demistance 8350 chipset. Additionally, the device is expected to facilitate Mali-G615 MC6 GPU for better graphics performance.

The benchmark entry suggests that Realme P3 can give home to Ultra 12GB RAM and work on Android 15, possibly the skin with Realme UI 6.0. Performance-wise, the device scored 1,260 marks in a single-core test and 4,055 in multi-core test.

Expected facilities and availability

Realme P3 Ultra is estimated to offer RAM and 256GB internal storage up to 12GB. The smartphone is expected to sports glass back panels and at least one gray color variants. Further details are likely to emerge in the coming weeks, and a standard Realme P3 model may also be in the pipeline.

In particular, Snapdragon 7S Gen 3 and Dimbents 6400 chipsets respectively in Realme P3 Pro 5G and Realme P3X 5G, respectively. In India, the pro model begins 23,999 for 8GB + 128GB variants, while Realme P3X is priced at 5G 13,999 for 6GB + 128GB configuration.
