Former Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger is joining the religious-oriented tech firm Glow as Head of Technology and Executive Chairman. The company provides technology equipment to Christian churches and other confidence groups.
Boulder, in Glue in Colorado, will help the jaelinger firm develop AI tools such as virtual assistants and chatbott.
Galinger’s job in Glu will be his first operating role since leaving Intel.
He left Intel last year after struggling with the board on his turnout plan.
Gelsinger has previously worked on the board of Glue as a non-executive chairman since 2018.
The religious-oriented tech firm was established in 2013.
Last year, Glow raised $ 110 million in the funding of development for AI Push. It is developing chatbots with a “safe search” option and grounded answer in the Christian Bible.
The company said that Gellinger Glow will look after the product and engineering efforts. “Technology has the power to connect, uplift and change life – but only when made with the objective,” Gelsinger said in a statement.
The CEO of former Intel recently said that AI JPU of NVidia is very expensive, WCCFTEK said.
In an acquired podcast at the GTC 2025 site of NVIDIA, Gelsinger was asked that NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang came to know how big AI is really, and in response, he expressed that the current hardware stack of NVIDIA is very expensive for a hening workload, WCCFTHC Report said.
Chip industry veteran lip-bo tan is the new Intel CEO
Recently, Intel nominated former board member and chip industry veteran Lip-Bo Tan as its new CEO.
The effective appointment on March 18, was made three months after taking out the CEO Pat Gelsinger, CEO of Intel, whose expensive and ambitious plans to divert the company were staggering and reduced the investor’s trust.
Tan chip is also a long -time technology investor in the promising startup along with intensive experience in the industry. In December, Intel was approached by the board to estimate his interest in taking jobs, the Reuters reported.
Tan said in a letter to Intel’s employees on Wednesday, “Together, we will work hard to restore Intel’s position as a world -class product company, establish ourselves as a world class foundry and will please our customers as before.”
“Intel is a company that I have long praised,” Tan said, expressing confidence in turning the business.
The 65-year-old Tan is a Malaysian-born executive who raised in Singapore and holds degrees in physics, nuclear engineering and business administration.
He served as an Intel supplier and CEO of the Chip-Design Software Table Design System from 2009 to 2021.
