Apple has introduced its latest Mac Studio models, featuring powerful M4 Max and M3 Ultra Chips, which bring significant performance enrichment.

These new models are ready to be available in India from March 12, pre-order is already open. M4 maximum version price comes with tag 2,14,900, while the high-end M3 ultra version is priced 4,29,900.

Specifications and features

The M4 Max Chip provides adequate performance benefits, which is 3.5 times faster than the first M1 Max version. It has 14-core or 16-core CPU and a GPU which ranges from 32 to 40 core. With the base RAM of 36GB, users have the option to expand it up to 128GB, which is catering to seek tasks such as video editing and 3D rendering. Storage options start with 512GB SSD and can be configured up to 8TB, ensuring sufficient space for professionals.

For people requiring extreme computing power, M3 distributes top -level performance with M3 Ultra Chip. It claims a 32-core CPU, of which 24 core are dedicated to high performance processing. As a result, 50 percent of the performance on the previous ultra chips is promoted. The GPU starts at the 60 core, but can be extended up to 80, while the nerve engine contains 32 core for machine learning and AI-operated workload. With an early RAM of 96GB, this model supports expansion up to an impressive 512GB. Storage starts with 1TB SSD and can be extended up to 16TB for users with comprehensive data requirements.

Apple has also increased connectivity options. The M4 Max model includes the Thunderbolt 5 port, which has four rear USB-C ports that support the standard. In contrast, the M3 Ultra version offers the Thunderbolt 5 support in all six USB-C ports. Both models come with dynamic cashing and hardware-supernatural mesh cinematography for better performance in graphics-intensive applications. Additionally, they facilitate a second generation of re-looking engine, which enhance the visual experience for gaming and material manufacture.

Despite these upgrades, Apple has maintained the signature compact, square -shaped design of Mac Studio. The front panel consists of two USB-C ports and one SD card slots, while the rear consists of four USB-C ports, two USB-A port, one Ethernet port, one power input and one audio jack.
